Riau Police Search Setwan Riau DPRD Regarding Alleged Fictitious SPPD Corruption

The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Riau Police searched the Riau Council Secretariat (Setwan) office regarding the alleged Fictitious Service Travel Order on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Pekanbaru. Head of Public Relations of the Riau Police, Kombes Anom Karbianto, said the search was carried out today. Around 10 personnel were in front of the Sekwan room to find and collect files related to the case. "It is true, the search was carried out by the Riau Police Ditreskrimsus Sub-Directorate III Team, related to the alleged corruption of the Fictitious SPPD which is currently being investigated," said Anom when confirmed, Pekanbaru, Antara, Tuesday, September 10. Until the afternoon, it was seen that the search process by the Riau Police Ditreskrimsus was still being carried out. It is known that this fictitious SPPD suspect dragged the name of the prospective mayor of Muflihun who served as Secretary of the Council at the Riau DPRD. Direktur Ditreskrimsus Polda Riau Kombes Nasriadi menyebutkan, mantan Pejabati Wali Kota Pekanbaru Muflihun diketahui menggunakan rekening atas nama orang lain untuk transaksi. This was discovered when investigators conducted a follow-up examination of Muflihun as the power user of the Riau DPRD Secretary's budget 2020-2021. Nasriadi said that the money in the account was enjoyed by certain casual daily personnel who were close to Muflihun. He as Secretary of State ordered PPTK to enter certain THL names to carry out official trips. "However, the THL has never carried out official trips, only getting official travel money for personal use," he said. Nasriadi even mentioned that Muflihun admitted to signing a decree on official travel as the party receiving approximately 50 official travel activities. The reason for signing this PPTK is not on the spot.

Along with the handling of this case, when examined, Muflihun also mentioned a number of names including the representative of the Riau DPRD, Agung Nugroho, who also fought in the Pekanbaru Mayor election.
