The Case Of Fake Prosecutor Tricking Siri's Wife In Mataram Ends In Peace

The Mataram City Police (Polres) stated that the case of a fake prosecutor with the initials OR was suspected of defrauding his wife, a veterinarian with the initials AK, ended peacefully.

Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Mataram Police, Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama, said the case ended peacefully after his party mediated both parties.

"So, the reported party with the reporter has agreed to peace and both parties want to resolve it because there is a family bond. The reported OR also stated that they are ready to compensate for money allegedly resulting from fraud to the complainant in the amount of Rp. 40 million," said Yogi in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Tuesday, September 10, confiscated by Antara.

In handling the case of the submission of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, the police did not find any elements of unlawful acts in the alleged fraud case so that the legal process could not continue.

"So, we see that the criminal element is not fulfilled because the money suspected of being the result of the fraud is also used for their daily lives (reported and reported)," he said.

With the peace agreement between the two parties, Yogi ensured that his party had returned the OR.

"There was no detention because the case did not continue, we sent OR home," he said.

This case emerged starting with an attempt by the reporter to ensure the work of the reported party at the NTB Prosecutor's Office on Monday 9 September.

This is because the reporter is suspicious of his sir's husband who has never gone to work and also does not have a salary slip as a prosecutor.

From the results of the clarification to the NTB Prosecutor's Office, the reporter received confirmation that OR was not a prosecutor.

The NTB Prosecutor's Office took steps by securing the OR which was detected at Jalan Pendidikan, Mataram City, near the NTB Youth Center.

After being secured, the NTB Prosecutor's Office handed over the OR to the Mataram Police.
