Supported By PWNU Jakarta, Pramono Promises To Prioritize NU Citizens If Mandated As Governors

JAKARTA - Pramono Anung received the support of PWNU Jakarta as a candidate for governor in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada.

This support was conveyed by Rois Syuriah PWNU Jakarta Kiai Muhyidin Ishaq.

Pramono promised to prioritize NU residents if they were secured as governors of Jakarta for the period 2024-2029.

The man who is familiarly called Mas Pram said he had asked for prayers from Kiai Muhyidin.

"The most important thing is his prayer (KH Muhyidin, ed) I have prayed for, his prayers are inner. So he is Rois Syuriah NU today I met, asked for an official prayer. I also communicated with him. If later become my mandate, then NU residents will certainly be the main part," said Pramono at the age of meeting Kiai Muhyidin at his residence in Cilandak, South Jakarta, Saturday, September 7.

"And especially should get special attention from whoever leads Jakarta," he continued.

Pramono also mentioned the term NU for the new style 'which was conveyed by Kiai Muhyidin.

According to Pram, time discipline is a new style for NU residents.

"I am very grateful that even though today's busy schedule was accepted by him, when I came there was only one, this is the same modern NU that is not modern. If NU is modern, it's on time, I'm on time. If it's not modern, it's usually late," said Pramono.
