JAKARTA - Following the extension of registration period until September 10, 2024, the Committee for Registration for the 2024 Civil Servant Candidate Procurement Selection (CPNS) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has allowed applicants to use stamps.

"Regarding the extension of CPNS registration and the permit for the use of stamps, the Committee for CPNS Admission of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued an announcement letter Number 10.PM / KP.03 / SJP.1 / 2024 concerning Adjustment of Implementation Schedules, Use of Meteries and Provisions for Accreditation in the Selection of CPNS Procurement of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2024," said Head of the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Muhammad Rizwi Jila Hesjam in Jakarta, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, September 7.

Rizwi added that in addition to extending the registration period, applicants are allowed to use electronic seal (e-meter) or conventional seal (past) in the upload document of Application Letter and Statement Letter 5 Points and 12 Points Statement Letter.

"What needs to be considered is that applicants who use a stamp, are required to perform manual (wet) signatures with a black or blue ink pen on the seal in question. In signing documents on the stamp, applicants are also prohibited from covering the seal code. each e-meter or stamp of Rp. 10,000, can only be used in one type of document," he said.

This year, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources opened 794 CPNS formations, consisting of 719 general formations, 16 cum laude formations, 16 disability formations, 2 Papuan formations, and 41 Kalimantan formations.

Applicants with domestic university graduates who have college diplomas and/or study programs can upload accreditation from BAN-PT and/or self-accreditation institutions (LAM), which are recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) according to the graduation year.

Entering the D-3 closing of CPNS registration, Rizwi continued, the number of applicants who registered is currently 12,144 people, while those who have registered as many as 5,753 people as of September 7, 2024 at 08.00 WIB.

"Professors must always be careful and thorough in uploading documents, immediately submit, and not delay in submitting registration when approaching the end of the deadline," he said.

He also reminded all CPNS applicants of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources not to trust individuals, who are on behalf of the CPNS Committee of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, who promised to be accepted by giving some money.

"In accepting CPNS within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, registrants are free of charge. Therefore, the public or prospective applicants should not believe if there are certain parties (calo) who promise to help graduate in the procurement of CPNS for the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2024 with the obligation to provide a certain amount of money or other rewards," said Rizwi.
