Security Guard In Pamulang Stabs Co-worker To Death As Suspect, Charged With Premeditated Murder

TANGERANG - Police have named a factory security guard with the initials A (47) who is suspected of being a colleague of his profession, D (49) on Jalan M Toha, Pamulang, South Tangerang (Tangsel) as a suspect.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Alvino Cahyadi, said the perpetrator was charged with premeditated murder. This happened because of the element of planning when stabbing the victim.

The entanglement is under Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of the death penalty.
