Sera Afrianti's Early Family Asks Judges Recommended By KY To Be Fired Not To Be Given Retirement Rights

SUKABUMI - Sera Afrianti's Dini family asked the central government, especially the Judicial Commission (KY), that the three judges recommended be fired for acquittal Gregorius Ronald Tannur did not get pension rights or other facilities from the state.

"We from the Dini family, of course, strongly support all decisions related to justice for victims. If it is felt that the dismissal decision is good, the consideration is for the sake of justice of the victim, then the family accepts it," said Dini Sera's cousin, Sakinah in Sukabumi, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 27.

Dini Sera died allegedly as a result of being killed by her lover, Gregorius Ronald Tannur, at a nightclub in the Surabaya area, East Java.

Even before his death, this woman from Gunungguruh Girang Village, Babakan Village, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency had experienced sadistic torture by Gregorius, who was the son of a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PKB Faction.

According to Sakinah, information about KY imposing dismissal sanctions on Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul and Heru Hanindyo because the three were proven to have violated the Code of Code of Ethics for Guidelines and Conduct of Judges (KEPPH) was welcomed by the family, but unfortunately the three former judges still received facilities from the state, namely pensions.

The family appealed to the relevant agency that the facilities for the former judge after being fired should be considered and for the sake of justice, the former Surabaya District Court Judge should not be given pensions or other rights from the state.

Not only that, the family also asked the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to intervene to investigate allegations and other irregularities related to Gregorius Ronald Tannur's acquittal. If there is or leads to gratification, it is hoped that the KPK can thoroughly investigate.
