JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, Adjie today, Friday, August 23. He was summoned in his capacity as a witness in the corruption case of the business cooperation process (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).
"The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building on behalf of A as an entrepreneur or owner of PT JN Group," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Friday, August 23.
As for this case, Adjie became one of the suspects based on information compiled by VOI. He was appointed along with three other people, namely Ira Puspadewi who is the President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero); Harry MAC as Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero); and Yusuf Hadi who is the Commercial Director and Service of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).
These four people have also been prevented from leaving the country for six months. Prevention is carried out to make it easier for investigators to ask for their information.
Previously, the KPK was currently investigating cases of corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). It is suspected that there was a state loss which allegedly reached Rp1.27 trillion and is still changing because the calculation continues.
