Jokowi's Issue Of Chairman Of The Golkar Board Of Trustees, Bahlil: If God Worships, Patents Are Goods

JAKARTA - The general chairman of the Golkar Party, Bahlil Lahadalia, answered rumors that President Joko Widodo would become the Chairman of the Golkar Party's Board of Trustees (Wabin). According to him, the rumors are prayers that if God approves, it will be an extraordinary thing. "Hopefully, the prayers will be prayed by Allah. If it becomes a patent for the goods, right," said Bahlil during a press conference at JCC, Senayan, Wednesday, August 21. However, Bahlil emphasized that until now there was no plan for Jokowi to become Chairman of the Golkar Party Wanbin. The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources admitted that he had discussed the rumors. "So there is no such thing. I have discussed it, no. So it's not true," said Bahlil.

Soal pertimbangan menjadikan Jokowi sebagai Ketua Wanbin Golkar, Bahlil enggan berkomentar.Bahlil yang akan menjadi formatur tunggal untuk menyusun struktur kepengurusan partai periode 2024-2029, hanya menegaskan bahwa hingga saat ini tidak ada usulan mengenai Jokowi akan menjadi Wanbin.

"We have to think positively, don't always be negative. This nation is late for progress because our thoughts were too negative first. So there is no business for President Jokowi to become chairman of Wanbin, until today there is no one," he concluded.
