West Java Ensures Transparent CPNS Tests And Can Be Accountable

BANDUNG - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Java ensures that tests of prospective civil servants (CPNS) in its area will run transparently and can be accounted for. Head of the West Java Regional Personnel Agency (BKD), Sumasna, said that his party encourages people who meet the requirements to register for CPNS, because this is also a way to reduce unemployment. "The more we register, we will get the best people. And we guarantee that all processes are transparent and accountable," said Sumasna in Bandung, Antara, Wednesday, August 21. For the CPNS selection process, he said that his party was only responsible for the administrative process, while his examination was managed by the National Personnel Agency (BKN). "So we will not participate again when the implementation is carried out, even in the room we are not allowed to exist when the exam takes place. So later we will submit the administrative documents of A the B who has passed the administration later for the follow-up of the BKN's absolute test under the authority," he said. Sumasna emphasized that the West Java Provincial Government's CPNS test justice since 2015, such as the exam value instantly (real time) will come out once CPNS test participants leave the test room. "Unless there are certain rebuttals, but in the context that number once out of the room it has been scored, he can already see whether he is the highest or there are others who are higher and all kinds of things are fairer. So, in our children, there should be no unfair concerns about the process. God willing, everything is transparent and can be accounted for," he said. The formation of prospective civil servants (CPNS) for West Java in 2024 is 899 people with 146 health workers, while the rest are technical personnel who are placed in various regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the West Java Provincial Government.

More health workers will be recruited in 2024, because there is a need for doctors, midwives, nurses, and other health workers to prepare for future career regeneration. "Indeed, in the last few years we have not done recruitment. So because we need future career regeneration such as doctors, midwives, nurses, and other health workers, we must prepare," said Sumasna.
