TNI Major General Muhammad Zamroni Officially As Udayana Military Commander Replaces Major General Bambang Trisnohadi

DENPASAR - Major General TNI Muhammad Zamroni has officially been inaugurated as Commander of the Military Regional Command IX/Udayana replacing Major General TNI Bambang Trisnohadi. "The inauguration of the position of the Udayana Military Commander has been carried out through a handover ceremony held at the Army Headquarters (Mabesad), Jakarta on Tuesday," said Head of Udayana Dam Colonel Inf Agung Udayana in Denpasar, Wednesday, August 21.

He said TNI Major General Bambang Trisnohadi had served as Pangdam IX/Udayana since March 2024, then subsequently carried out his duties as Commander of the Joint Regional Defense Command (Pangkogabwilhan) III based in Timika, Papua since mid-August 2024. "The replacement at the Udayana Military Command, Major General Muhammad Zamroni, graduated from Military Academy 1990 who previously served as Commander of the Central Armed Forces ofTEN (Danpussenkav) in Bandung, West Java," said Kapendam. After Certijab at Headquarters, TNI Major General Muhammad Zamroni will then carry out various series of traditions and welcomes as Pangdam IX/Udayana, until the peak event carried out a welcoming separation at Makodam IX/Udayana on August 23, 2024.

Previously, in his mandate while chairing the Certijab event in Jakarta (20/8), the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (Kasad) General TNI Maruli Simanjuntak said that the handover of positions within the Indonesian Army was a necessity for a dynamic organization to be faced with the development of a strategic environment. As Kasad or personally, he expressed his gratitude to the old officials who have made a big contribution to the progress of the Indonesian Army. "I emphasize that the leaders can understand the needs of soldiers, both for training needs, operational assignments and improving the welfare of soldiers, as well as helping the community," said Kasad.

General Maruli Simanjuntak hopes that new officials will always develop innovation and creativity in advancing units and increasing the professionalism of personnel who manned their units as well as helping various community difficulties through territorial activities. "Hopefully in a new place we can make good things for members and advance the Indonesian Army," he said.
