Hasto Will Respond To KPK's Call Regarding The Ministry Of Transportation's DJKA Bribery Case Next Tuesday

Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto admitted that he would fulfill the recall to the KPK on Tuesday, August 20. Hasto admitted that he was ready to give testimony as a witness in the bribery case of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).

Hasto admitted that he could not attend the initial summons on Friday, August 16. Last Friday, Hasto had an agenda for filling out the Multatuli Museum book review event, Lebak, Banten.

"So yesterday it was agreed because I should have been called for emotion on Friday, August 16, but because on Friday there was a discussion that had been planned for the previous two weeks, it would be rescheduled for next Tuesday," said Hasto at the PDIP DPP Party School, Lenteng Agung, Saturday, August 17.

When attending the KPK later, Hasto emphasized that he would convey the answers to all KPK questions. One of them, is his position as Secretary of the Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin National Campaign Team (TKN) and the Jokowi-Ma'ruf campaign fund report in the 2019 presidential election.

"I will be present to explain why my cellphone number can be there, as well as explain me as the secretary of the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin winning team. Whatever the KPK asks for, including They, for example, all campaign funds are reported, I will answer well," he explained.

Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that Hasto Kristiyanto would be summoned again next week, Tuesday, August 20. The rescheduling as a witness in the bribery case of the Ministry of Transportation's DJKA has been agreed upon.

The bribery case began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to allegations of corruption at the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region of the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) of the Ministry of Transportation. This action was carried out on April 11, 2023.

From the silent operation, the anti-corruption commission then named 10 suspects. Four parties are suspected of being bribers of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung (IPA) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DIN); Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma, Muchamad Hikmat (MUH); Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS); and VP of PT KA Management Properti Parjono (PAR).

Meanwhile, those suspected of being recipients are the Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi (HNO); Head of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP) Putu Sumarjaya; Commitment Making Officer (PPK) BTP Central Java Bernard Hasibuan (BEN); PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi (AFF); PPK for Railway Infrastructure Fadliansyah (FAD); and PPK BTP West Java Synto Pirjani Hutabarat (SYN).

The KPK then announced two new suspects in this case on January 22, 2024. They are Yofi Okatrisza as ASN at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Medi Yanto Sipahutar.
