Former Deputy Chairperson Of The KPK Saut Situmorang Asks Nawawi Pomolango To Withdraw Novel Baswedan Et Al

JAKARTA - Former Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Saut Situmorang, requested that former employees who were eliminated through national insight tests (TWK) such as Novel Baswedan, Harun Al Rasyid, who is known as the King of OTT and others, be withdrawn as employees. They are considered to be able to help investigate allegations of corruption.

This was conveyed by Saut after talking with the Temporary Chairperson of the KPK Nawawi Pomolango and high-ranking anti-corruption commission officials on Wednesday, August 14. The meeting was held for two hours.

"I besides the three points, I asked, begging, my friends at the National Police now to come back here, because we know, yes, how many people there are like Novel and friends," Saut told reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

With this step, continued Saut, it is hoped that a number of problems can be resolved. For example, if the KPK investigates the name of the Medan Block that dragged the name of the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution.

As previously reported, the former KPK leadership and employees in their hearing asked Nawawi Pomolango as Chairman while the KPK dared to investigate Blok Medan. This term was revealed after the Head of the North Maluku ESDM Office, Suryanto Andili, testified at the trial of the former North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasuba.

At that time, Suryanto explained that the Medan Block referred to the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution after being asked by the prosecutor. Meanwhile, on different occasions, Abdul Gani Kasuba actually said that the term refers to Kahiyang as Jokowi's son who is also Bobby's wife.
