Saka Tatal Asked 32 Questions, Affirms No Pursuit-History Action

JAKARTA - Saka Tatal, a former convict in the murder cases of Vina and Eki Cirebon, has finished undergoing examination as a witness in a case of alleged false information with reported Aep and Dede.

During the examination, Saka Tatal was said to have answered 32 questions raised by investigators from the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri.

"There are 32 questions, the most important question is whether Saka really knew about the incident. He didn't know," Saka Tatal's attorney, Tadjuddin, told reporters, Tuesday, August 13.

During the investigation process, investigators are said to have questioned Aep and Dede's testimony about a chase between the perpetrator and the victim.

Tadjuddin said his client firmly stated that it was a lie. Because, it never happened.

"The second is whether Dede and Aep's statement stated that he saw a chase to throw it and then accused Saka Tatal. Saka said it was not true that Aep and Dede's statements were false," he said.

Another Saka Tatar attorney, Titin Prialiantini, explained that his client was at his uncle's house, Sadikun.

Moreover, Aep and Dede's statement about this matter was not conveyed directly before the trial. In addition, only reading the examination report (BAP)

"Saka had her own alibi on August 27, 2016, she was at a friend's house, at her uncle's house in Sadikun, then went to her house and then went to the workshop at night," said Titin.

Meanwhile, the examination of Saka Tatal is one of the follow-up investigators in a case reported by the family of the convict in the murder case of Vina Cirebon.

The two reported parties, Aep and Dede, were suspected of providing false information under oath during an examination eight years ago.

Meanwhile, the report is known to be registered with the number LP/B/227/VII/2024/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri.
