Nurhayati, who was afraid and threatened by the defendant's words, reported Lalu Atman Maga's actions to the West Lombok Police. The judge in the verdict explained that the criminal element alleged against the defendant was not fulfilled because there was no fact that proved the existence of an act of threat.
