The case of alleged malpractice at the Depok WSJ Clinic which caused the death of Ella Nanda Sari Hasibuan (30) after undergoing fat-dot surgery has now gone up to the investigation stage.

To ensure that the investigation process runs smoothly, the Depok Metro Police have installed a police line around the clinic located on Jalan Ridwan Rais, East Beji, Depok City, West Java.

Police lines were installed not only along the clinical fence but also at the main entrance of the clinic. In addition, the police confiscated a number of evidences including fat suction equipment used during the operation of the death of content creator Ella Nanda Sari Hasibuan or Ella, from Medan.

Depok Police Chief Kombes Pol Arya Perdana explained that the installation of police lines was aimed at keeping no parties from being authorized to enter the scene.

This step was taken to prevent damage to the scene. Currently, the police have examined 12 witnesses in connection with this case.

"For the WSJ clinic itself, we have installed a police line and today confiscated evidence in the form of equipment. We are investigating the use of the tool and combining it with expert information that we will take and the results of the examination in the next few days," said Arya Perdana, Sunday, August 4.

In addition, Depok Police Satreskrim officers have left for Medan City to coordinate with the hospital and the victim's family to carry out further investigations, including an exhumation plan.
