BIN Ensures Drunk Men Trigger Commotion In South Jakarta Not Members

Deputy for Communication and Information of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Prabawa Ajie spoke about a man with the initials APM who was drunk and claimed to be a member of BIN after making a fuss in front of the Wingstop Radio Dalam restaurant, Ahmad Dahlan Street, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

He confirmed that the man was not a member of BIN. Prabawa deeply regrets the community on behalf of the BIN agency.

The action is very unfortunate. Because it can damage the name of the BIN institution that has worked professionally, "rich of Prabawa in his statement, Sunday, August 4.

Prawaba said that after the video went viral on social media and claimed to be a member of BIN, his party immediately carried out an internal investigation. As a result, the APM is not BIN and only a man who is drunk.

Moreover, people who are members of BIN have a code of ethics and intelligence oath, in order to avoid something unwanted.

"Every BIN personnel always gets routine guidance from their superiors in order to avoid things that are against the law and comply with the intelligence code of ethics and the Intelligence oath," he concluded.

Previously, two men in front of the Wingstop Radio Dalam restaurant, Ahmad Dahlan Street, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta were involved in a commotion. One of the men admitted that BIN members with the initials APM, clashed with an online taxi driver who at the time of the incident was transporting APM's lover.

Based on the video seen, it started when APM's lover left in an online taxi car. APM, who found out that his girlfriend was in the car, immediately chased him on a motorbike. When he approached, APM accidentally hit his motorbike into the car. Suddenly the online taxi driver got angry and got out of his car approaching APM.

A verbal altercation ensued between APM and an online taxi driver. APM seemed to be cursing the online taxi driver. Then the online taxi driver challenged APM to solve the problem at the police station. However, APM became even more angry until he finally mentioned that he was a member of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).

Residents who saw the incident tried to separate the two. However, APM continued to curse, making residents furious.

As a result, APM was beaten by residents and lying in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, the woman who is known to be APM's lover immediately helped her, and asked residents to stop their own vigilant actions. APM was taken to the Kebayoran Baru Police for processing.
