Evacuation Of Foreigners' Bodies On Anyer Beach, Police Find Bruises

The Banten Police Directorate (Ditpolairud) evacuated the discovery of an unidentified body suspected of being a foreign national (WNA) at Marbella Anyer Beach, Anyer District, Serang Regency, Friday 2 August.

Dirpolairud Polda Banten Kombes Pol. Yunus Hadith said the unidentified foreigner's body was found at around 06.30 WIB by local residents.

"At around 06.30 WIB, information was obtained that there was a corpse on the coast of Marbella Anyer on his stomach," said Yunus in Serang, Friday, August 2, which was confiscated by Antara.

Yunus explained that the condition of the corpse when found was wearing shoes and socks.

Then use trousers made from navy blue jeans, and there is a bottle tied to pants containing handwritten in English and Indonesian.

The letter states that the foreigner has worked in Indonesia for 24 years. However, he has not worked for eight months due to layoffs, and his VISA has expired.

On the corpse's body there were also several press friction wounds found on the body.

"After the body was found, personnel immediately carried out the evacuation process. The victim's body was evacuated using a body bag, then the body was taken to Cilegon Hospital using the hearse of the Anyer Health Center," said Yunus.

Furthermore, Yunus also said that his party was still investigating the identity and cause of death of the corpse.
