Prabowo Make Sure To Participate In The Initial Cabinet Session At IKN

JAKARTA - Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto will attend the inaugural cabinet meeting in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, which is planned to take place on August 12, 2024.

"Follow me, don't come," Prabowo said at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, August 2.

President Joko Widodo will hold a cabinet meeting with ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) East Kalimantan on Monday, August 12, 2024.

Plt. Head of the IKN Authority/Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono said President Jokowi is scheduled to leave for IKN on August 11, 2024.

"Yes, on the 11th (August) he (President) went there, the 12th (August) was planned, it was only planned for a cabinet meeting there," said Basuki when met at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Thursday (1/8).

Basuki explained that President Jokowi will be at IKN on 11-13 August 2024, then return to Jakarta on August 14, 2024.
