JAKARTA - The police have arrested two suspects behind the case of spreading pornographic content allegedly similar to Audrey Davis, the daughter of musician David Bayu. Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the perpetrators' actions were based on economic motives and just for fun.

The two suspects who spread pornographic content are known to have the initials MRS and JE. Both were arrested at different locations on July 29, 2024.
Ade explained that MRS was arrested in the Pasuruan area, East Java. Meanwhile, JE was arrested in the Padang area, West Sumatra.
In spreading pornographic content, suspect MRS used the suspect's Telegram channel, namely Audrey Davis Viral and the Presma Unja Jambi channel.
Meanwhile, suspect JE uploaded pornographic content allegedly Audrey Davis on his X account @HwanDongZhou.
"The suspect MRS has been operating since December 2023 until he was caught in July 2024 with a monthly turnover of 1 to 2 million per month," he said.
In this case, the two suspects were charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography
After arresting the two suspects, the police will develop the case regarding other alleged criminal acts.
Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak said he would ask for information from Audrey Davis. The plan is for the clarification process to be carried out next week.
"We have scheduled an examination of the person concerned (Audrey Davis) next week," said Ade.
