The Man In Florida, Siuman, After 244 Days Of The Coma, Was Killed By A Truck

JAKARTA - A man woke up after being in a coma for 244 days. He was in a coma due to a motorcycle accident.

The man, Drew Kohn, had a motorcycle accident a few days before his 23rd birthday in July 2017 in capislation, Florida, United States (US).

Metro quoted the GoFundMe page on Thursday, August 1, as saying, Kohn suffered a traumatic brain injury, two lungs were stabbed, his shoulder was broken, his ribs and pelvis were injured.

He was wearing a helmet, which was released with his shoes due to an accident.

Although the doctor asked his family to surrender, Kohn's mother, Yolanda Osborne-Kohn, never gave up on her son's health.

The mother continued to pray after the operation was carried out. Five months later, Kohn, who was still in a coma, was sent home from the hospital.

After 244 days of coma, Kohn, who was undergoing treatment at home, woke up and said: "Yes mom, I'm fine. I love you, mom."

However, seven years later, a few days before his 30th birthday, Kohn, who was walking, was hit by a pickup truck at Collins Road, Florida.

Kohn was declared dead at the scene.

The truck driver said he was careless at the drive not seeing Kohn walking. He then called 911 and finished his responsibilities with the Sheriff's Office.
