Polda Metro Arrests Two Suspects Who Spread Porn Content Similar To Musician Children

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya revealed a case of spreading pornographic content similar to one of the Indonesian musicians' children. In that case, two perpetrators were arrested. "Disclosure of the case and at the same time carrying out forced arrests of 2 suspects," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak to VOI, Thursday, August 1. The two perpetrators with the initials MRS and JE are said to have spread a lot of pornographic content on social media. One of them is an immoral video suspected of being the child of a musician. "One of them is exciting video content that is suspected of resembling a musician's child," he said. Ade said the two perpetrators were not a group. They distributed immoral content videos in their respective way. "Suspect JE admitted to getting the video from an account commenting on the suspect's FYP TikTok," he said. "The suspect MRS advertised pornographic video content through his telegram channel," continued Ade.

Currently, MRS and JE have been named as suspects. They were detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center. In this case, the two suspects were charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
