JAKARTA - A boat with 13 passengers had an accident around the waters of Araraw Muara Iruwa, Potowariburu, Mimika Regency, Central Papua. Three passengers died.
"We received a report of the sea accident from the Potowaiburu Police Chief Ipda Muhyani," said Head of the Timika Search and Rescue Office (SAR) I Wayan Suyatna, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 31.

Eight people were reported safe, three died and two were missing, namely Aipda Gunawan Wibisono (a member of Brimob Polda Papua) and Eko Agus Prayitno (a employee of PT Mak).
The search will continue on Thursday (1/8) starting at 05.00 WIT.
