The Mataram Police Narcotics Investigation Unit managed to dismantle a network of methamphetamine-type drug trafficking in Mataram City hidden in snack packages. During the operation, the police arrested a courier with the initials ES (27), a resident of Karang Bagu, Mataram City.

During a search of the suspect's body and clothes, officers did not find any evidence of drugs. However, from the results of the interrogation, ES admitted that the methamphetamine he had just received was stored at a friend's house in the Dasan Tereng area, Narmada.
"The perpetrator admitted to receiving methamphetamine from someone he did not know in front of the Bizam gas station, Central Lombok. The methamphetamine was then hidden at his friend's house," explained Bagus Saputra.
