Bank DKI Serves Hajj And Umrah Travel Fees Deposits

JAKARTA - Bank Pembangunan daerah (BPD) Bank DKI provides payment services for Hajj travel fees (Bipih) and Umrah, through Hajj and Umrah Savings (Taharoh).

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said, Taharoh Bank DKI is directly integrated with Siskohat (Integrated Hajj Computerization System).

"The taharoh of Bank DKI is free of administrative costs, monthly payments are light starting from Rp. 100,000, and can be done starting at the age of 0 years," said Arie in his statement, Thursday, July 25.

The monthly deposit in this service is also facilitated by an autodebet system so that customers do not need to make their own deposit manually.

In addition to Taharoh iB, Arie said that his party provides a number of choices of sharia products and services, including iB Savings accounts, Giro iB, iB Deposito, to sharia financing such as KUR, Investment Financing, Working Capital Financing, Retail and Micro Financing, and Consumer Financing. "Including implementing a dual banking leverage model (DBLM) system that allows customers to access sharia products and services throughout Bank DKI branch offices," said Arie.

In addition, the Sharia Business Unit (UUS) of Bank DKI was also appointed by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) as one of the commercial banks to carry out its function as a Bank Recipient of Depository of Hajj Implementation Fees for the July 2024-June 2027 Period.

BPKH is the agency responsible for managing hajj funds from prospective Indonesian pilgrims.

Bank DKI President Director Agus H. Widodo said this appointment was part of this bank's efforts to expand Islamic banking services and increase financial inclusion in Indonesia.

"Through this collaboration, we hope to provide added value for prospective pilgrims and support the success of the pilgrimage every year," concluded Agus.
