The Attorney General's Office (AGO) will again delegate the suspect in the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system for the mining business permit (IUP) PT Timah Tbk 2015-2022 to the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari).
The Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, said that there were two suspects whose filing process had been completed and would be delegated today.
"There are two (suspects who will be delegated) planned," said Harli to reporters, Monday, July 22.
