Pemprov DKI Seduces Single People Living In Rawa Bebek Rusunawa, Check The Requirements!

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's Instagram Account invites DKI residents who are single (single) or unmarried to occupy simple rented flats (rusunawa) in Rawa Bebek.

"Are you single? Do you want to experience living in a simple rented flat, aka Rusunawa? You really can! The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, through the Public Housing and Settlement Service of DKI Jakarta Province, provides Rawa Bebek Rusunawa," wrote the @dkijakarta account on Saturday, March 20.

Rusunawa Rawa Bebek is located on Jalan Inspeksi Kanal Timur, Pulo Gebang, Cakung, East Jakarta. The DKI Provincial Government provides a monthly occupancy rate of IDR 460 thousand.

"The single block in Rusunawa Rawa Bebek is priced at Rp.460,000 per month," he said.

He explained that the unit for rent is a studio type residence with 24 square meters of rooms. In the room, provided a bunk bed, wardrobe, table and chairs. The bathroom is in the house.

DKI residents who are still single can register to live in the Rawa Bebek Rusunawa on the SIRUKIM application via their respective cellphones.

Here are the general requirements:

- Photocopy of e-KTP, Family Card, and NPWP

- PM-1 from the local urban village which stated that the applicant does not have a house

- Salary slip or stamped income statement letter

- 4 pieces of 3x4 size photos

- 1 sheet of 4x6 size photo

- Must have a Bank DKI account

- Having good character is proven by a valid SKCK

- Drug free is proven by a drug-free certificate from the competent authority

- Has passed the verification of data collection with related agencies
