The Attorney General's Office (AGO) encourages the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to issue technical instructions (juknis) for tin mining permits (IPR) in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province (Babel), so that people can legally mine lead.

"We will immediately sound to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources regarding the Juknis IPR tin," said Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, Reda Manthovanani, while attending a coordination meeting on the governance of goods confiscated by the criminal act of corruption in East Kalimantan, in Pangkalpinang, Babel, Wednesday, July 17, which was confiscated by Antara.

Acting Governor of the Babel Islands, Syafrizal ZA, hopes that the AGO will encourage the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to immediately issue a Juknis IPR so that illegal mining mining can be legally mined.

"We ask for support from the AGO so that the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to immediately issue this IPR juknis so that people can legally mine lead and the rules apply," he said.

According to him, this coordination meeting on tin governance regulations can be a momentum in order to issue and organize tin according to applicable regulations and regulations.

"Mining according to the applicable regulations is certainly expected that we can exploit existing natural resources to increase state revenue as much as possible to return the welfare of the community," he said.

In addition, the community can also work in the mining sector freely in accordance with applicable regulations in improving welfare and the environment can return to normal after this mining.
