We were won by the Constitutional Court, the General Election Commission (KPU) decision which previously won the number 1 candidate pair was canceled and ordered to re-vote (PSU) in 5 sub-districts of Banjar, South Banjarmasin District, and 24 polling stations in Tapin District. We have to be grateful for that and we have to prepare it more thoroughly," said Denny Indrayana in his statement, Friday, March 19.

Denny Indrayana, who is also a former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights, emphasized that the Constitutional Court's time for re-voting was not long. Therefore Denny Indrayana invited his supporters and the public to take advantage of this opportunity.

The Constitutional Court (MK) decided to re-vote (PSU) in seven sub-districts in the Governor Election (Pilgub) of South Kalimantan.

The decision was read out by the Constitutional Court judge at the decision hearing regarding the dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) for the South Kalimantan Governor Election (Pilgub) at the Constitutional Court (MK) building, Friday, March 19. The lawsuit was filed by Denny Indrayana-Difriadi Darjat.

The seven sub-districts that were decided to hold a re-voting (PSU) were South Banjarmasin District in Banjarmasin City and five sub-districts in Banjar Regency and 24 polling stations (TPS) in Binuang District, Tapin Regency.

The five sub-districts in Banjar Regency that were cut off by the PSU are Sambung Makmur District, Aluh-Aluh District, Martapura District, Mataraman District, and Astambul District.

Meanwhile, 24 polling stations (TPS) in Binuang Subdistrict, Tapin District, namely TPS 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, Tungkap Village, TPS 1, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, Binuang Village.

Then TPS 5, 7, 10 Raya Belanti Village, TPS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Pualam Sari Village, TPS 2 Padang Sari Village and TPS 1 and 3 Mekarsari Village.

For the decision, the Constitutional Court (MK) judge canceled the South Kalimantan KPU's decision letter in determining the recapitulation of votes for the 2020 South Kalimantan Governor Election (Pilgub) elections on 18 December 2020. The General Election Commission (KPU) in the recapitulation determined the candidate pair Sahbirin Noor and Muhidin to win 8,127 votes from pair number 2, Denny Indrayana and Difriadi Derajat.
