JAKARTA - The police are still investigating the case of embezzlement of company money amounting to Rp6.9 billion involving the husband of Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL), Tiko Aryawardhana. The Deputy Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Henrikus Yossi, said that in the examination of this case, the investigative team did not only examine a number of witnesses. However, the reported and the complainant were also investigated. "Until now, we are still studying if the statements between the witnesses are found, not only between the reporting and the reported party," Yossi told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, July 17. Yossi also said that in this examination it was possible to conduct a confrontation. However, this was done when there was different information. "But among the witnesses there was a difference in information regarding something, then it did not rule out the possibility of conducting a confrontation examination," he said. On the other hand, he said that his party had carried out further examination of Tiko on Tuesday, July 16, yesterday. During the investigation, the focus of the investigative team was on the flow of the company's funds. "We have obtained details from the list of money. From the list or details of the use of the money we asked TA brothers one by one and we also asked for supporting evidence related to the use of the money," he said Although further examination has been carried out, Yossi also said that if the status of this Tiko was still a witness in the alleged embezzlement of the struggle funds. "Until now the status in question is still as the reported status, we are still collecting evidence related to the personitiwa reported by sister A (former Tiko's wife)," he said.
