The Case Of The Brigadier Rank Police Allegedly Pregnant With Women Outside The Marriage Was Transferred To The East Lombok Police

JAKARTA - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police (Polda) handled the case of a police officer with the rank of Brigadier initials MN allegedly impregnating a woman with the initials WO from the results of an extra-wedding love relationship.

Administrative Officer 1 of the Internal Security Sub-Division of the National Police (Paminal) Propam Polda NTB Ipda Gde Aris Chandra confirmed the handling of the case of Brigadier MN originating from the complaint report.

"Yes, we have handled the case and it is already underway at the investigation stage," said Aris by telephone, Monday, July 15, as reported by Antara.

Seeing the duties of Brigadier MN in East Lombok, he said, the NTB Police transferred the case to the East Lombok Police.

"So, from our investigation, it was revealed that there were indications of police ethical violations. Therefore, we will delegate the follow-up to the East Lombok Police," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the East Lombok Police Satreskrim AKP I Made Dharma Yulia Putra said that the delegation of the handling of the case has now entered the Propam Section of the East Lombok Police.

"So, the delegation is not to us because this is related to Polri ethics, directly to Propam," said Dharma.

Before finally filing this case with the NTB Police, the confirmed WO admitted that the East Lombok Police had tried to help him resolve this issue mediatedly.

However, from the results of mediation, WO, who is now 3 months pregnant, said that the reported Brigadier MN did not want to be responsible for his actions against WO.

"Because he (the reported) does not want responsibility, I will continue to make a letter of complaint to the Head of Bidpropam Polda NTB," he said.

From the complaint report process at the NTB Police, WO admitted that he had also made efforts to resolve this issue through mediation.

"In Propam, he (Brigadir MN) was examined, there he admitted his son, only he still didn't want to be responsible, until finally I received a letter of progress on the handling of the regional police bidpropam if this case had been transferred to the East Lombok Police," he said.

The complainant also said that the goal was to report this case so that the reported party would be responsible for his actions.

"Indeed, he (Brigadir MN) has a wife, he already has two children. At first, he just asked for the status of this child, married in a traditional manner, then after that he wanted to divorce me, there was no problem, but he said he didn't want to get married because it wasn't his son," said the complainant.

In this regard, the MN Brigadier who was confirmed via WhatsApp messages only gave a response that this case was being processed.
