Head of Traffic Unit of Bogor City Police, Kompol Ardi Wibowo, said the Daihatsu Ayla driver allegedly broke through the traffic control light until an accident occurred in Jalan Pajajaran, Babakan Village, Bogor City, Tuesday, July 9, evening. In this incident, the driver Ayla died. “ It is suspected that Daihatsu Ayla's vehicle broke through the traffic control light and was hit by Toyota Fortuner,” Ardi said in Bogor, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, July 10. At the time of the incident, the Toyota Fortuner vehicle was traveling from the direction of Tugu Kujang towards Warung Jambu, via Jalan Pajajaran. When passing through the intersection, suddenly from the direction of the Jambu Warung, Daihatsu Ayla's vehicle turned about to turn towards Warung Jambu. The driver of Daihatsu Ayla died when he was taken to PMI Bogor Hospital. “ One person died, namely the driver of Daihatsu Ayla while on his way to PMI Hospital. Fortuner drivers only experienced shocks, ” he said.

"The two vehicles were damaged, with an estimated material loss of around Rp. 27 million," he said.
