For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 27 Paragraph 2 as referred to in Article 45 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning ITE.
"The perpetrator was charged with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum fine of Rp. 10 million," said Abdul.
