HPL Land Dusun Kuta Central Lombok Ordered, Dispar Calls For Mandalika SEZ Development

Head of the Central Lombok Tourism Office (Dispar), Lalu Sungkul, said that the control of land was controlled by residents at HPL 13 Kuta Hamlet, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province by PT Injourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for the development of a special economic zone (KEK) Mandalika.

This land that is arranged has now entered the HPL and the area currently arranged is only about three are. Pari Wijaya who was met in the field was reluctant to provide more detailed comments because he did not have the capacity to provide information related to the eviction.

One of the owners of the house, Inaq Maesarah admitted that his parents, Inaq Saupi, bought the land used as a 3 are-wide house and shop from one of the high-ranking officials of PT LTDC on behalf of Djamil Samanhudy in 2006.

"I already have a sale and purchase letter between the late Mother and Djamil," he said.

In addition, he also admitted to holding the rights base in the form of a Debt Tax Return (SPPT).

"The area is three are and my parents at that time paid for this land to H Djamil, who served as a leader at PT Rajawali to PT LTDC," he said.
