Police Name New Suspect In Case Of Father's Son In Duren Sawit

JAKARTA - The police have named a new suspect in the murder case of S, the owner of a grocery store, which occurred in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the second suspect had the initials PA who was also the victim's son.

"So the suspect in the murder of a man is two," Ade told reporters, Tuesday, July 2.

PA is known to be the younger brother of KS. Both of them were desperate to kill S, who is their biological father.

The determination of the suspect against PA is said to be based on evidence from a scientific investigation process. Then, from the results of the examination, the minor admitted all his actions.

"The PA boy hit the victim twice with a laundry board," said Ade.

The murder was carried out based on their heartache. Because, to investigators, the two children admitted that their father often treated them physically and verbally.

"The fact by investigators is because they are hurt," said Ade.

As a reminder, S was found dead covered in blood in a shop in the East Flood Canal (BKT) market, Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, on Saturday, June 22.

In the initial investigation process, the police only named KS, who is his son, as a suspect.
