JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government plans to build a post with the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections. This post was previously also created during the 2024 General Election. The goal is to facilitate communication between the government and political parties and campaign teams participating in the elections/pilkada.

Head of the DKI Jakarta National and Political Unity Agency (Bakesbangpol) Taufan Bakri said this post would also be used as a means of socializing and monitoring the regional elections, to solving problems related to the regional elections.

So, with this post, the DKI Provincial Government can easily monitor and remind the cagub-cawagub campaign team to continue to comply with the rules for installing campaign props.

Although it is predicted to decline, Taufan said that the number of voters participating in the 2024 DKI Jakarta Pilkada is still in line with the target, which is at least 75 percent of voters who come to the voters and determine the choice of candidates for regional heads.
