The Thief Of Music And Sound Sysyem Tools At The Bethlehem Minas Church Was Arrested By The Police

SIAK - Minas Sector Police collaborated with the Kandas Police, Siak Regency, Riau, to arrest two men with the initials JKS (45) and SD (33) who stole musical instruments and sound systems belonging to the Bethlehem Minas Church.

"We know this incident based on reports from church administrators, as soon as we receive the report we immediately order the team to conduct an investigation," said Minas Police Chief Kompol Wan Mantazakka as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 27.

Both were suspected of breaking into and stealing musical instruments and sound systems on Tuesday (25/06). The stolen musical instruments were one unit each of the Yamaha, Guitar Bass and Ampli Bass, and Gio Ibanez Brand electric guitars.

While the sound system is in the form of amplies mixer, loudspeakers, two microphonekabel units.

The perpetrator was successfully secured in Kandis with stolen goods and a motorbike, a broti logs of approximately 1 meter long, and a screwdriver with a broken head and a piece of glass.

"Both of them were arrested by the police while hanging out at a tuak shop around Simpang Rindu Alam, Simpang Belutu Village, Kandis District in the heart also at 18.30 WIB," said the police chief.

The suspects have been detained at the Minas Police Headquarters for further processing. Both of them were charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code on theft by weight.

"The theft of this house of worship is a special concern for the leadership. So, in the disclosure, collaboration between the police is needed, in this case the Kandis Police," said the Police Chief.
