JAKARTA - The Democratic Party respects the PKS decision which has announced the Anies Baswedan-Sohibul Iman pair to be promoted in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada. Democrats, said Kamhar, are also seeking the names of a number of Democratic cadres to be proposed to run as Jakarta cawagub along with the governor's cagub, KIM.

"Indeed, it is still dynamic for the determination of the Cagub. However, in the Cawagub stock exchange, we are endeavoring cadres of the Democratic Party as a companion to anyone that will be decided by KIM as Cagub," he said.
