BADUNG - A construction worker with the initials BS (38) from Jember, committed theft and violence at a minimarket on Jalan Uluwatu, Badung, Bali.

The perpetrator came to the minimarket on Monday, March 15 morning. When entering the cashier, the perpetrator hit the minimarket employee.

However, the victim had time to chase the perpetrator to the main road. The perpetrator fled towards Pecatu on a motorbike.

"When returning to the shop, the victim found the perpetrator's cellphone that had fallen at the scene of the crime," he added.

The victim immediately reported to the South Kuta Police. Until finally the police caught the perpetrator.

"After in-depth interrogation, the perpetrator finally confessed his actions and showed evidence of a stolen cellphone. Then, the perpetrator and his evidence were taken to the South Kuta Police Headquarters for further investigation," said AKP Yusak.
