Four Teenager Beaters To Death With Sickles Arrested By Kudus Police

The Kudus Police, Central Java, arrested four of the five perpetrators suspected of being involved in the beating of a resident of Undaan District with the initials R (16) to death due to serious injuries.

"At the location of the persecution, there were dozens of people recorded, but only five people were involved in the persecution," said Kudus Police Chief AKBP Dydit Dwi Susanto as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 13.

Of the five perpetrators, he said, four people were arrested, while one perpetrator with the initials R is still at large.

The evidence that was secured by the Kudus Police, namely a machete, sickle, and saw made of aluminum.

Meanwhile, the four perpetrators who were arrested, namely the initials J and A, while the two perpetrators with the initials RK and MR were still minors and the case was transferred to the Kudus District Attorney.

The chronology of the incident, which started when the victim was sitting relaxed at his house. Then the perpetrators crossed the victim's house while riding a motorcycle.

Emotions with the perpetrator's actions, then the victim chased the perpetrators to the Medini Village area. There, the victim has been intercepted by 11 people.

The victim fought back, but unfortunately R was hit by a sharp sickle that hit the victim's shoulder.

Knowing that the victim was seriously injured, the perpetrators fled. However, thanks to reports from residents, the police finally managed to apprehend four of the perpetrators. Two of them were detained in Undaan, while the other two were arrested in Boyolali.

For their actions, the perpetrators were threatened with Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 15 years in prison.
