3 Witnesses Withdraw The Engineering BAP For The 2016 Vina Murder Case

The three colleagues of the five convicts of the murder of Vina and Eky underwent an intensive examination for 3 to 8 hours and answered 20 questions by the West Java Police Ditreskrimum investigators, Tuesday, June 11.

They went to the West Java Regional Police to withdraw the investigation report in 2016.

The three colleagues are Pramudya, Okta, and Teguh. They also provided additional information regarding the case that occurred in 2016.

According to one of the convict's colleagues, Teguh, to investigators, at the time of the murder of Vina and Eky, he and his friend who are now convicts were at RT's house.

"I withdrew the information according to the BAP, which should have shown me at Mr. RT's house. Everything has been repaired," said Teguh at the West Java Police Headquarters, Tuesday, June 11 night.

Teguh explained that during the examination, investigators asked about 20 questions to obtain additional information.

"There are about 20 questions because there are additions. I was actually told to admit that I was not at Mr. RT's house because RT did not open the door. There was pressure to say otherwise," he said.

In addition, Teguh also expressed his regret for giving false information that caused his friend to be imprisoned for life.

"I keep thinking, sorry for my friends. Yes, there are regrets that continue to haunt me, until I sleep not well," he said.

On the same day, Okta and Pramudya also underwent an examination related to the 2016 BAP as well as additional examinations by investigators from the West Java Police Ditreskrimum.
