Secretary General Of Gerindra Reveals Good News After Meeting The Minister Of Finance, But It's Not About Free Lunch

Secretary General of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani revealed that there was encouraging news after the Prabowo-Gibran Synchronization Task Force Team met with the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani at the Indonesian Ministry of Finance Office, Jakarta, Friday, May 31.

However, Muzani denied the good news regarding the free lunch program launched by the Elected President, Prabowo Subianto. Muzani explained that the discussions discussed with Sri Mulyani were wider. Namely, financial synchronization, especially fiscal parts during the transition period.

"Earlier with the Minister of Finance, we did not discuss matters that were nomenclature. But we discussed how the process of synchronizing in the financial sector which could have a better economic impact, especially in the fiscal sector," said Muzani after a meeting at the Ministry of Finance, Friday, May 31. The deputy chairman of the Synchronization Task Force said that the good news in question was that his party had heard a lot about the strength of the Indonesian fiscal to accommodate the Prabowo-Gibran program. The Minister of Finance, said Muzani, opened wide access to realize the elected presidential programs.

"From the explanation of the Minister of Finance, he opened wide access, later technical issues will be discussed with Mr. Tommy Djiwandono, and of course this is encouraging news," said Muzani.

Muzani also ensured that Prabowo had asked his cadres to calculate various programs and policies that were promised during the campaign. He said the program must be calculated carefully so as not to burden fiscal.

"Mr. Prabowo's principle as president-elect will continue to apply the principle of prudence in the financial and fiscal sectors," he concluded.

It is known that the visit of the Prabowo-Gibran Synchronization Task Force Team was led directly by Gerindra officials, namely Secretary General of Gerindra Ahmad Muzani and Daily Chairperson of Gerindra Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as deputy chairman and team leader. Then, there were also three Deputy Gerindra officers who also accompanied. They are Prabowo's two nephews, Thomas Djiwandono and Budisatrio Djiwandono and Prasetyo Hadi.
