JAKARTA - MRT Jakarta has resumed operations, after being temporarily suspended due to heavy equipment falling on the MRT line. It is known that the iron transported by the crane crashed at a crossing between ASEAN MRT Station and Blok M BCA MRT Station.

"MRT Jakarta is back in operation. We are ready to deliver MRT Friends safely, comfortably and on time," explained MRT on social media accounts quoted Friday, May 31.

This news received a positive response from netizens, considering that MRT is one of the modes of transportation that is often used by residents of Jakarta and its surroundings.

It is known for the first departure from Blok M Station to the scheduled HI Roundabout at 05.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the first departure from Blok M Station to Lebak Bulus is scheduled at 05.22 WIB.

Previously, an iron transported by a crane fell and was hanging in the MRT Jakarta rail area in front of the Attorney General's Office building on Thursday. For this incident, the operation of the Jakarta MRT was temporarily suspended.

Furthermore, PT Hutama Karya as the executor of the construction project in the area of the Attorney General's Office expressed his apology for the incident.

Then, the Hutama Karya project team immediately conducted an investigation and cleaned up the scene and coordinated with the Jakarta MRT.
