JAKARTA - PDIP politician Andreas Hugo Pareira gave a striking response when responding to the news that the Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution joined the Gerindra Party. Andreas emphasized that he did not want to know anything about President Joko Widodo's son-in-law who is also a former cadre of the bull party. Andreas initially said that the matter of Bobby joining Gerindra was not PDIP's business. "Ah, that's business, their business. We don't interfere with that," said Andreas at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, May 21. "I don't interfere with that, that's his business. We've forgotten that too," he continued. Regarding Bobby's candidacy in the North Sumatra Pilkada, Andreas emphasized that PDIP already has a candidate. He considered that there was no more PDIP's business with Bobby. "No, there is no business with Bobby, we have our own candidates. There are some who are in the process, some who participate in the search process, including the incumbent governor, but this will be included in the screening process at the DPP, which has just been decided," he said.
