Donald Trump Wants Drug Tests Before US President's Debate With Joe Biden

The debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump will be held by two television channels, namely CNN and ABC (Antaranews)

JAKARTA - Former US President Donald Trump said he would sue to do a drug test before arguing with his current US President Joe Biden.

"I'm going to sue for a drug test... I don't want him to act like the State of the Union (state convict)," Trump said of Biden as reported by Sputnik, Saturday.

United States President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump agreed to hold two campaign debates in June and September in this year's US presidential election.

The debate between Biden and Trump, two presidential candidates, each promoted by the Democratic Party and Republicans, will be held respectively by two CNN and ABC television channels.

"I have received and approved an invitation from @CNN for a debate on June 27. It's your turn to respond, Donald. As you say: anywhere, anytime," Biden said in a post on X.

Biden also stated that he had also "received and approved a debate invitation organized by ABC on September 10. "

"Donald Trump lost two debates with me in 2020. Since then, he has not appeared again in the debate. Now he seems to want to have a debate with me again. All right, make my day fun, guys," he concluded.

Trump, meanwhile, also confirmed he would have a debate with Biden in the two proposed times, namely in June and September. Trump said he would highly recommend holding more than two debate sessions.
