Deputy Chief Of Aceh Police Registers As Candidates For Aceh Tamiang Regent To The Aceh Party

BANDA ACEH - Deputy Chief of Police of Aceh, Brigadier General Armia Fahmi registered as a candidate for Aceh Tamiang Regent to the Aceh Party DPP.

"Ada dua agenda beliau datang (Wakapolda Aceh), hari ini resmi menjadi kader Partai Aceh dan kedua mendaftar sebagai Bacalon Bupati Aceh Tamiang," kata Juru Bicara DPP Partai Aceh, Nurzahri, di Banda Aceh dilansir ANTARA, Kamis, 16 Mei.

The registration of the Deputy Chief of the Aceh Regional Police as a candidate for the Aceh Tamiang Regent was received directly by the Aceh Party DPP candidate selection team.

Prior to registration, the Aceh Party DPP management also handed over the Aceh Party membership card (KTA) to the Deputy Chief of Police of Aceh.

Nurzahri conveyed that the Aceh Party's strategy to become more open turned out to have received positive responses from various groups, including the Deputy Chief of Police of Aceh itself.

He said Brigadier General Armia Fahmi was a figure of a figure who had high capacity, and integrity, and he was also the first person to register with the Aceh Party to read out the Regent of Aceh Tamiang.

"He is a general, then wants to serve Aceh, especially Aceh Tamiang, and take advantage of the condition of the Aceh Party which is currently open to all circles," said Nurzahri.

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Armia Fahmi conveyed the reason he chose the Aceh Party, this was due to the suitability of his vision and mission. He has also registered with NasDem and Democrats.

"First, the reason I chose the Aceh Party is the same as my vision and mission. There are the NasDem Party and the Democratic Party (already registered," he said.

Regarding his status as the active Deputy Chief of Police of Aceh, he stated that he would retire in October 2024. For this reason, adjustments will be made immediately.

"I will retire in October. Later we will go to the National Police Chief to ask for a pension application," he said.

He said the reason for choosing Aceh Tamiang was because the area was his hometown, and already knew exactly what the conditions were in the local district.

"I see that developments are not in line with expectations, so I am determined to improve the welfare of the people of Aceh Tamiang," said Brigadier General Armia Fahmi.
