Grandson Of SYL Kecipratan Duit Kementan Rp20 Juta

JAKARTA - Former Secretary General of Food Crops at the Ministry of Agriculture, Bambang Pamuji said Andi Tenri said Radisyah, the grandson of Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL, also received money from the Ministry of Agriculture worth Rp. 20 million.

The receipt of the money was revealed when the Public Prosecutor (JPU) read out the Minutes of Investigation (BAP) number 12 in the form of a list of evidences. Where, there is proof of transfer worth Rp. 20 million which was sent to Andi Tenri Bilang Radisyah.

"A moment, back to the recap earlier. Number 12 was transferred Rp 20 million, the recipient Andi Tenri said Radisyah. Who can explain this?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, May 15.

"As far as I know, his grandson is sir," replied Bambang.

"This joke, Mr. Minister?" asked the prosecutor to confirm.

"Yes," replied Bambang.

The prosecutor then questioned the party who ordered the money to be given. Bambang said that the request was submitted by SYL's former aide, Panji Hartanto.

"Who ordered the transfer of Rp. 20 million for the Minister's grandson?" asked the prosecutor.

"As far as I remember Pak Panji, sir," he replied.

Hearing this testimony, the prosecutor then questioned the technical issue of giving the money through Indira Chunda Thita.

"Directly to Mrs. Thita's account? We'll see if the supporting evidence is direct. Who did you get the account from?" asked the prosecutor.

"If I'm not mistaken, Pak Panji," replied Bambang.
