JAKARTA - US House of Representatives member Cory Mills filed an impeachment article against President Joe Biden over the US Chief of State's decision to detain military aid from Israel over his military operations plan in Rafah.
"By breaking his oath to carry out the President's position faithfully to enforce the Constitution, President Biden abused his office's power by asking for a bid pro quo with Israel while utilizing important military aid for policy changes," Mills said in a statement quoted by ANTARA from Sputnik, Saturday, May 11.
The Republican politician expressed his intention to submit this to the US House of Representatives, possibly through what is referred to as a special motion.
