Top Talent 2026 is a Step for Repsol to Improve Lubricant Service Standards in Indonesia

PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia (PLI), a company that runs Repsol's lubricant business in Indonesia, held the Top Talent 2026 - Elevate to Lead program as an effort to improve the competence of leaders, business partners, and distributor networks. This program is designed to strengthen the participants' ability to provide global standard services to customers in Indonesia.

This activity is part of Repsol's commitment to building a sustainable business ecosystem. In its implementation, Top Talent 2026 presents speakers and practitioners from Indonesia, Singapore, to Spain to share experiences, technical knowledge, business strategies, leadership, and various best practices that Repsol has implemented in a number of countries.

This program also emphasizes the concept of Train the Trainer, so that participants not only gain knowledge, but are also expected to be agents of change who transmit insights and experiences to their teams in their respective regions. With this approach, the benefits of the program are expected to be felt more widely throughout the Repsol distribution network.

For information, in September 2019 Repsol formed a joint venture with United Global Limited through the acquisition of ownership in the Singapore-based United Oil Company. Since joining United Global Limited, PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia has been running Repsol's lubricant business in the country.

Through this collaboration, lubricants for the automotive and industrial segments are produced in Singapore and Indonesia, then distributed to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. During the three-day event, participants received various materials covering leadership, sales strategies, strengthening technical knowledge, product applications, B2B business strategies, marketing collaboration, to soft skills development.

All materials are compiled based on Repsol's global experience and are presented by cross-country practitioners to remain relevant to current lubricant industry developments. For Repsol, Top Talent 2026 is not just a training program, but a long-term investment to improve the capabilities of its business network in Indonesia.

Through this program, each participant is expected to be able to apply the knowledge obtained, share it with their respective teams, and improve the quality of services, technical consultations, and assistance to customers.
