GARUT - Garut Regency Government has extended the emergency response period for three sub-districts after landslides and land fires moved for the next 14 days. The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Garut Regency, Nurdin Yana, that this decision was taken because there were still concerns about further disasters.

Meanwhile, the Head of BPBD Garut Regency, totaling Anwar Saifullah, explained that the relocation had been carried out on 70 residents' houses, of which 63 houses were moved to new places, such as Talagajaya Village, Banjarwangi District as many as 15 houses and Sukamulya Village, Pakenjeng District as many as 48 houses.
