Bad! Stepfather In Bogor Has The Heart To Have Sex With His Son For 3 Years

BOGOR - Bejat! That's what describes the treatment of the US, a stepfather in Caringin District, Bogor Regency who has sex with his ABG child.

The US action of having sex with the child finally stopped after it was discovered that his wife was then reported to the police. The Caringin Police immediately arrested the stepfather.

The Head of the Caringin Police, AKP Ketut Lasswardjana, explained that sexual intercourse was carried out by a stepfather for 3 years, namely from junior high school to grade 3.

The incident took place at his home in the Caringin District, Bogor Regency.

"The Caringin Police have succeeded in securing the perpetrator who is suspected of committing a criminal act of obscene acts and/or sexual intercourse with a victim of a minor who is his own stepdaughter," said Caringin Police Chief AKP Ketut Lasswardjana Thursday, May 2.

After examining three witnesses, Ketut Laswardjana said that his party received information that the sexual intercourse incident carried out by the perpetrator with the initials AS against the victim with the initials SNSR had been in junior high school (SMP) class one.

"Has done something since grade 1 junior high school until now in grade 3 of junior high school where the last one was on Friday, April 26, 2024 at around 11.30 western Indonesia time," he explained.

The incident was revealed when the victim's mother accidentally saw a conversation between the victim and the perpetrator through suspicious chat.

"F saw the contents of the conversation from the victim's suspicious cellphone, then asked the victim. The victim admitted that what the previous perpetrator had done did did not want to say because he was afraid of threats from the perpetrator of his stepfather," he said.

Until now, the police are still investigating this case by collecting evidence by examining witnesses.

"Witnesses from the family and neighbors include the initials M, F and B and evidence that were successfully secured in the form of 1 cellphone, 1 men's clothing tell, 1 female clothing tell, 1 bed bed bed," he explained.

The alleged article against the alleged perpetrator is subject to Article 81 and/or Article 82 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, and/or Article 6 in conjunction with Article 4 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence.

"The legal threat is 15 years in prison, where the perpetrator is currently suspected of undergoing further legal proceedings," he said.
